There are seasons when a body of work asks to be named more clearly.
Over time, Project by Projects has grown through strategy, facilitation, governance, learning, reflection, and support offered across different issues and spaces. But beneath all of that, one pattern has remained consistent: the deepest value of the work has often been in helping people and institutions make sense of complexity, identify what matters most, and move toward clearer, more actionable next steps. That is why Project by Projects has now been refreshed and sharpened into a more focused strategic advisory practice for leaders and mission-driven institutions navigating transition, competing priorities, and high-stakes decisions.
Alongside that refresh, I am delighted to share that The Blue Sky to Reality Walk is now fully launched. This guided 120-minute strategy experience was created for people carrying big ideas, meaningful work, or mental clutter, and needing a clearer, more grounded path forward. It is practical, reflective, and designed to help participants move from aspiration to action with more structure and confidence. It also sits naturally within the broader advisory practice: for some, it will be a self-guided starting point; for others, it may be the beginning of deeper strategic support through the work of Project by Projects.
If you have been reading, supporting, encouraging, or quietly following this work, thank you. I would be deeply grateful if you shared the course and the refreshed practice within your networks, with leaders, teams, institutions, and thoughtful professionals who may benefit from this kind of support. And because good work is always strengthened through reflection, I am also very open to thoughtful feedback and suggestions as this next chapter unfolds.
