What the process includes

Before the session, you will complete a short strategic questionnaire to help identify the central issue, relevant context, and decisions currently in view.

The intensive

During the session, we will work through the challenge together, examining:

• What assumptions need to be tested.
• What tensions or trade-offs need to be acknowledged.
• What should be prioritised, paused, strengthened, or reconsidered.
• What decisions and next steps are required.

Strategic summary

After the session, you will receive a concise written summary capturing the principal insights, decisions, and recommended next steps emerging from the conversation.
